Acomware's turnover exceeded 250 million crowns for the first time.

The company invests in new projects

The consulting company Acomware, which focuses on digital marketing and e-commerce, achieved a turnover of 252 million crowns in 2019. In a year-on-year comparison, this is a growth of 25 percent. The increase in the number of orders and the successful expansion of services are behind the record results. This year too, the company is doing well and is investing in further development.

Last year was a record year for the consulting company Acomware thanks to the expansion of services, a stable customer base and a high level of success in acquiring new clients. "Our clients are constantly growing and so are we," says David Vurma, the company's CEO. "Our goals last year were ambitious, but as in previous years, we managed to meet them. We owe it mainly to the complexity our services. We are increasingly reaching out to customers who, in addition to performance, also need to effectively solve retention or their own brand," adds Vurma.

This year's complex situation on the market did not significantly affect Acomware. "Like every agency, we felt the effects of the coronavirus and had to cut back a bit in the short term. But we are a healthy company with a strong financial background. That's why we can handle similar challenges," says Vurma, according to whom the company managed to accelerate the preparation of new strategic projects during the state of emergency.

Acomware is developing its own products focused on e-commerce. One example is his own product comparator, which he is currently preparing. Already in the spring, the company launched Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) program that saves clients 20 % from the price of Google Shopping campaigns. "A big topic this year is also the ability of companies to exploit the existing customer database. We are addressing this area in the new Customer Retention and Experience department,” adds Vurma. In the fall, the company is preparing more news in the lead up to its expansion abroad.

In terms of turnover and range of services, Acomware is one of the largest consulting companies focused on e-commerce and digital marketing in the Czech Republic. In addition to classic e-shops, its customers also include major retail and manufacturing companies. He helps companies such as Air Bank, Astratex, Office Depot, Sconto, Sportisimo or TESCOMA with digital marketing.
