Ivona Ševčíková is a new member of the consulting company Acomware. In the position of Head of Customer Retention & Experience, he is dedicated to the development of the new customer retention and experience department.
Ivona Ševčíková came to Acomware from Europeum Praha, a. s., where she headed the IT and Service Implementation department as Chief Technical Officer. Among its important customers were, for example, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, ČEZ, Pražská energetika, Generali and others. In the past, she also worked at the digital agency Performio as Head of Analytics and Data-mining.
Ivona Ševčíková was attracted to Acomware by the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies and the vision of actively using customer data. "The customers of our clients must perceive advertising communication as an aid in their purchasing decisions, not as an annoying advertisement that needs to be got rid of." explains his vision.
Customer Retention and Experience Department was created in the summer of this year on the basis of the original e-mailing department. "We are trying to get our clients to start perceiving the wider possibilities of using the customer database. In practice, it is not about sending first-rate advertising messages, but individually targeted communication based on data. This can increase customer satisfaction and thus repeat sales. That is why I am very happy that Ivona has become our colleague. Her experience in working with data and analytics is immense.” explains David Vurma, CEO of Acomware.
The basis for the functioning of the department is the correct analysis of customer behavior in the online and offline world. For this, Acomware uses the most modern technologies in the field of Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation, such as Exponea, Acoustic IBM, or its own CDP technology. He then adjusts them for the needs of his clients. Big Data technologies such as Google Big Query, Google AI Platform, Recommendations AI or technologies within Amazon Web Services also play an important role.
