Baushop.cz: emailing accounts for 11 % of turnover after half a year

The goal of cooperation with Baushop.cz was the implementation of a completely new strategy of email communication with customers. Similar to many other clients, we therefore implemented several basic steps:

The results of the new strategy were almost immediate – already 3 months after the start of the contract, the original turnover from emailing was almost doubled. For the whole year 2014, it increased year-on-year by 583 %.

It was also possible to acquire thousands of new contacts and achieve the goal of increasing the share of emailing in the turnover of the e-shop. In the first half of last year, it was roughly 1 %, and in the second half it increased to almost 11 %. At the same time, the total turnover of the e-shop grew by tens of percent year-on-year (even in the comparison of the 1st and 2nd half of 2014).
