Push notifications are an excellent tool not only for keeping the customer's attention. We were one of the first in the Czech Republic to start using them to support sales. At the Different.cz e-shop, they brought more than 300 orders within a few months.

Push notifications are simple, short messages that usually pop up in the corner of the screen. Their goal is to motivate the customer to take a certain action or to support individual marketing campaigns. Thanks to them, the customer learns about seasonal discounts or special events such as free shipping. In order for him to receive them, he just clicks that he wants them.

Different.cz uses push notifications in connection with e-mailing. They function as a reminder of individual sent actions. Although push notifications were deployed only at the end of April 2017, in total, after 3 months of launch, we gained almost 8,500 new users. The increase of new contacts exceeded 100 per day. The average click-rate of the notifications sent so far is 8.24 %, the range of the click-through rate for the 7 non-segmented mailings to date is specifically between 6-11 %. Push notifications within the campaign brought over 300 conversions to the client.
