Pepe-Jeans-Store.cz: The mobile campaign brought customers to the e-shop and to the stores

A special spring campaign aimed at users of mobile devices brought an increase in traffic to the Pepe-Jeans-Store.cz e-shop, an increase in the number of orders and support for brick-and-mortar branches. How did we achieve this?

We create a new campaign together with the client in response to an analysis of the performance of the e-shop over the last 6 months (turn 2014/2015). This analysis revealed trends related to the use of mobile phones, such as the growth of traffic from these devices or the decreasing performance of the Pepe Jeans brand.

The primary goal of the campaign implemented in the period April 15 - May 31, 2015 was to bring up to 60 % new mobile visitors, further on increase brand awareness and support brick and mortar branches, where customers could redeem a discount coupon.

We ensured for the client:

 

The campaign brought immediate effect. In the period from April to May 2015, the number of accesses from mobile devices increased to 28 % of total traffic (13,900 visits). Number of transactions from mobile phones increased by 100 % and sales by 260 %. The discount coupons were used a total of 50 times and brought a turnover of hundreds of thousands, especially to brick-and-mortar branches.
