Expert.cz: Launch of multi-channel sales at an electronics retailer

The Expert shopping group was one of the last electronics retailers to enter the online market. Thanks to interesting competitive advantages, the e-shop has succeeded and its turnover and margin are continuously growing. In addition, sales on the Internet strengthened some brick-and-mortar branches.

The Expert shopping association has been an ACOMWARE client since 2011, when we participated in the company's decision to establish an e-shop as a new sales channel. This decision included not only creating a strategy for the online market, but also its successful presentation in front of more than 20 separate companies united under the Expert brand.

The main goal of the e-shop is complement brick-and-mortar stores appropriately and be a new source of turnover while maintaining an adequate margin from the goods.

In addition to the general strategy, we also prepare recommendations for the client in the areas of product, logistics, pricing or communication. In the long term, we also deal with marketing support, especially in the form of performance marketing.

E-shop Expert.cz reaches today year-on-year turnover growth of 21 %. Since the launch of the e-shop constantly increasing margins on the goods sold. Online sales also helped strengthen some brick branches, especially in Prague.
