Awards in the IMC Czech Awards competition: We have 2 silver

From the competition IMC Czech Awards we took home two silver awards and it really pleased us a lot.

For Acomware, we won silver in the category Direct B2B and B2C communication for campaigns for Astratex. Our goal was to move the campaigns outside the usual sphere, that is why we addressed Astratex customers who made a purchase for the first time, as well as those who had been inactive for a long time, to whom we started looking for a way again.

"We implemented the campaigns using the top CDP platform Bloomreach Engagement / Exponea. A smart combination of interesting online channels such as SMS or e-mailing, the idea of returning to classic paper letters, the involvement of fine creative that was tailored to each customer, and all of this automated in this top platform - that was the recipe that paid off and brought interesting business results," reveals Ivona Ševčíková, Head of Customer Retention & Experience at Acomware.

In the IMC Czech Awards our creative agency also succeeded Blueglue, which won silver in the Brand Building category for the campaign for Spokojnypes.cz.

The concept campaigns When I grow up was created based on struggles experienced by dog owners. The campaign is based on each pup doing a lot of "rogues" that may refer to their dream "career".
The goal of the campaign was to increase awareness of the brand on the Czech market among owners of four-legged pets. The campaign ran on television, on social networks, YouTube, CLV in the subway and in strategic places in the capital. of the city of Prague with a link to the educational landing page azvyrostu.cz describing individual dog breeds by profession with a recommended selection of assortment from the e-shop.

Based on the challenge, customers and fans on social networks were organically involved in the actual preparation of the campaign. They shared their experiences, what their furries did at home when they were there alone.

"In addition to receiving a lot of positive feedback from people who are not customers or did not know the product/brand, the campaign also brought large increases in searches and an increase in the conversion rate and significant increase in the number of orders," says Head of Blueglue Pavel Paradýs.
