DATART: We don't want to bribe the customer

Datart's loyalty system is services, and they perceive discounts as bribing the customer. Jiří Navrátil answered what services these are and what new ways to approach new customers in Datart, after a panel on the topic of customers, which we organized in November with the Association for Electronic Commerce (APEK).
