What challenges await you?

Responsibility for creating a strategy the department itself and the fulfillment of plans,
leading a larger team and responsibility for its development,
developing relationships with key clients, building Acomware's reputation and looking for potential in the client portfolio,
cooperation on business orders across all departments, especially
with the sales team in the case of selection procedures and tenders,
participating in formulating a marketing strategy at TOP clients,
active cooperation and negotiations with partners on behalf of the company (Google, List, Facebook and more),
consultation, professional advice and training of clients,
setting processes and internal rules,
education and development of junior colleagues,
presentation of Acomware at professional and social events.

What do we need from you?

Perfect orientation in online marketing and an overview of current trends and news,
experience in leading a similarly sized team: +6 people,
the ability to design a marketing strategy for the client together with the team,
excellent presentation and communication skills,
active communication in English,
goal oriented approach to work,
active approach to team management and development.
