Ondřej Smékal in his new position, he will primarily be responsible for strengthening the management of the company on a daily basis. "Ondra will take care of the operational running of the company and individual departments. His task is not only to improve processes, but especially to deepen cooperation between individual teams. Our clients will benefit from this," says Jan Penkala, CEO of the company. At the same time, Ondřej Smékal becomes a member of the company's top management, which also includes Jan Penkala and managing director Roman Oravec and co-founder Tomáš Fikar.
He will hold the position of head of the Performance department David Vurma, who until now managed a team of digital media specialists. He will now be in charge of both departments. Changes also occurred in other positions. "Our long-term ambition is to involve more women in the management of the company," reveals Jan Penkala, according to whom this is already happening at the level of wider management. He holds the role of chief strategist in the Performance department Petra Pacáková, the leaders of individual teams are again Andrea Štefková and Vendula Šteflová. She became another significant reinforcement Katka Bláhová, which will be in charge of all HR activities in the company.
