Kytary.cz increased turnover by 85 % with intelligent emailing

The Czech e-shop Kytary.cz achieved significant growth in traffic, conversions and sales thanks to a new emailing strategy. In addition, its customers are not bothered by irrelevant emails.

Increase turnovercustomer database activity and number of contacts – these were the main goals of the new Kytary.cz e-shop emailing strategy, which we implemented together with the client last year. Thanks to the implementation of the Silverpop Engage tool, it was possible not only to unite the customer database into a single one (and track their orders or their behavior on the website), but also to divide it into individual segments. In addition, new contacts and preferential information about the customer were collected (via Welcome emails).

Together with the launch of automated campaigns (abandoned cart, holiday wishes), Kytary.cz managed to achieve significant increase in turnover by 85 % or increase the open rate of emails up to 6 times the original values. In addition, the client is able to easily send your messages to selected customer segments and is very actively interested in them – for example, special communication is conducted to increase retention among the best (VIP) customers.
