How we helped Pepe Jeans succeed online

The well-known fashion brand Pepe Jeans has successfully entered the Internet - it is growing rapidly, the search for and importance of the brand is increasing, and online sales are a suitable complement to regular brick-and-mortar stores. How did it happen?

In 2012, KLAR Fashion launched its own online store Pepe-jeans-store.cz. At that time, the company had no previous experience with online business, nor a clearly defined plan for its development.

Since 2013, ACOMWARE has been helping her to fulfill three basic goals:

Together with the client, we go through the phase of initial consultations, preparation of a marketing strategy and implementation of individual steps. For example, we break down barriers for online customers – they can find an exact list of sizes in brick-and-mortar stores on the e-shop, have free shipping and can return goods without any problems.

The results so far prove that even a typical retail seller can get an interesting turn on the Internet - The e-shop grew by 120 % year-on-year, awareness and demand for the Pepe Jeans brand increased (CZK 7 million in turnover) and some barriers were removed - for example brick-and-mortar branches are visited by 20 % customers from the Internet.
