European brand Conrad Electronic increased turnover from emailing by 56 %

The European brand of smart ideas increased the turnover from B2C emailing by 56 %, despite the number of emails sent. Thanks to automated programs, we acquired hundreds of new customers, increased open rate and click rate, and used the reactivation process to restore "dead" contacts. 

In addition to the correct setting of the scoring model, we created a welcome program for acquiring new customers. They were a novelty then automated emails sent based on customer behavior.

For automated emails, we have achieved open rate up to 70 %click-through rates up to 50 %, whereas conversion ratioof these campaigns is 7.5 times higher than with a regular mailing.
