E-commerce Forum 2014 – this year with a new workshop concept

This year, the largest domestic e-commerce conference will take place in Brno on May 28 and 29. You can look forward to great speakers and inspiring performances - Gertin Schraa (Philips) or Jitka Dvořáková (CZC.cz) have accepted the invitation. ACOMWARE will make a presentation on the topic of behavioral communication at the event.

This year's E-commerce forum promises inspiration not only from home, but also abroad. Gertin Schraa from Philips, for example, will reveal what role the brand store plays in the customer decision-making process. For a change, Darko Butina (until recently the CEO of the largest Slovenian e-shop Mimovrste) will teach visitors how to become the best traders.

However, Czech lecturers will have a logical advantage. The general director of CZC.cz, Jitka Dvořáková, will address the issue of multi-channel sales in her contribution. Among the interesting speakers, Ivan Petrův will appear, for example, who will present the story of Brašnářství Tlustý a spol. linking traditional craftsmanship with the power of social discussions. Representatives of PayU, Twisto, Agmo and 123shop.cz will then take part in a panel discussion on the topic of modern payment methods.

The largest part of the two-day conference will be devoted to workshops. In them, Kamil Demuth, marketing director of CZC.cz, will share his practical experience with launching a new e-shop. Social media expert Adam Zbiejczuk will show the possibilities of online reputation, and CEO Brand Embassy, Vít Horký, will provide instructions on how to use customer care and the associated social networks in your company. In addition to them, Tomáš Braverman (CEO of Heureka), Jiří Hlavenka and Tomáš Jindříšek will also conduct their workshop.

How to use customer behavior data for behavioral communication and you will see concrete examples from practice at the workshop of Petr Cikán from ACOMWARE. Today, the customer provides a large amount of information about himself, his preferences and behavior on the web. Nevertheless, it is not important how much data you managed to obtain, but how you use it in your communication. There is a long way to go for behavioral communication in the Czech environment, but the first steps already show significant improvements – an increase in the open rate, more orders and greater customer satisfaction.
